About Me

An Empathic Professional Here to Guide You

I am an empathetic psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting people with most mental health issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, confidence, suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating disorder, panic attacks, and phobias. Children always suffer from bullying in school and on social media as well as having friendship issues. I follow an integrative approach to counselling with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Approach ( Humanistic) and Psychodynamic Approach. The type of modality I use will depend on the issue presented. My primary approach is Person Centred but I also find CBT working very well for children mostly. I am very much interested in the mind/ body connection, which means that your thoughts and feelings can easily affect your body and health. Physical symptoms can have an effect on what you think, how you feel and what you do. As a counsellor, I do not offer advice or talk about my experience. For change to happen it has to come from within so I do not offer a quick fix or cure. The counselling sessions are your personal space, it is your time to think exclusively about yourself.
